With its patio recently undergoing major renovations to make it weather-proof, District Winery is bound to be a popular spot to soak up the warmer spring weather—even when it’s drizzling outside. In fact, you can celebrate the April Showers with a wine flight of the same name, selected specifically to complement the season.
Check out the Flights and Bites menu for a synopsis of this flight and your other options, like the May Flowers and the Bloom Baby Bloom flights. Each includes three 2-ounce pours of wine that will cater to different tastes. Included with your flight are two or three “bites,” AKA small plates designed to pair perfectly with the top-shelf vino. Share the whipped feta dip with pita chips and the crispy chicken bites drizzled with a soy glaze. You might also want to try the fried Brussels sprouts seasoned with honey and rosemary, the roasted cauliflower with Medjool dates and olives, and the escarole salad tossed with pine nuts, roasted red onions, and a buttermilk Caesar dressing.
